LOGLINE

A troublesome experience compels a young woman to move cross-country into a new house, only to discover she might not be alone.

Storyline

Leah moves two-thousand miles away to distance herself from past trauma, leaving her friends and family behind. She relocates to an old, solitary house where she quickly begins to hear odd noises and notice missing items. Her best friend, Taylor, is convinced the place is haunted; this sinister idea sinks into Leah’s mind until she reaches a breaking point. Unbeknownst to her, all the strange occurrences are due to Leah’s stalker who has actively integrated himself into the house. He’s gone so far as to hack her phone and computer system so he can watch her every move and record it for later viewings.

ORIGINS

“This project was born during the COVID-19 pandemic; written, shot, and edited through it. The story was created with a computer screen in mind, as that’s how so many of us have interacted with the world during this time. This film was an escape for everyone involved as well as a unique opportunity for me to work with actors remotely and explore different techniques as a director.
